Seema brings to Motive more than two decades of international experience as an analyst in executive search. She is an AESC Certified Researcher with a vast range of experience — including consumer tech, SaaS products, B2B2C marketplaces, edtech, proptech, fintech, crypto, AI, finance, private banking, supply chain, natural resources, industrial manufacturing, and more. Her work has benefited clients ranging from Tier 1 VC-backed startups to Top 3 tech giants, along with municipal and provincial governments, crown corporations, not-for-profit companies, and post-secondary educational institutions. 

Seema has a methodical approach to her research, which has resulted in the many successful placements of  candidates across local, national and international markets.

After launching her career in executive search in Hong Kong, Seema moved with her family to Vancouver, Canada, where she supported several international executive search firms and established herself as an independent research specialist. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Hindi, and Punjabi, Seema’s diverse and multicultural perspective informs her research, and — especially combined with her global experience in executive search — is an asset to Motive as a whole.
